Hi, my name-is Dawn Beggs and I am very excited to open Creekside Montessori! I am Montessori certified through NAMC, have an Associate of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education, and over 25 years of experience working with preschoolers. My experience comes in many forms, I have directed preschool programs at large and small churches and have worked extensively with special needs preschoolers for the Olathe School District. Over the years I have also been a preschool lead teacher, assistant director, and eventually director of one of the largest preschools in Phoenix Arizona.  As much as I loved running these schools, I really missed working directly with the children and building those relationships. I love children and my heart is in the classroom with them. This is why I’m so excited for the opportunity to open Creekside and not only direct but be back in the classroom teaching, my first love!

When I’m not working with preschoolers you will find me spending time with my family! I have been married 29 years, have 4 children and my 3 grandchildren.

I Jove children, they are my passion! I believe in creating an encouraging and positive environment of unconditional love, in a place where they feel safe, allowing them to learn I would love to meet you and your precious  preschooler.
